Investbroker is one of the founders of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the Central Securities Depositary, which makes us one of the creators of the capital market.
The fact of being included in the capital market from it’s beginning, speaks for the success of our work so far. Tradition, experience and quality are results of our long term involvement in the functioning and development of the stock exchange market.
The amount of our fixed capital is 616.000 € and according to the law on securities we are allowed to offer all services connected with trading securities.
- 20.02.1996 - founded as organization part of Investbanka AD Skopje
- 1996 - founder and shareholder of The Macedonian Stock Exchange
- 20.02.1998 - founded as brokerage house Makos - Investbroker AD Skopje
- 2001 - founder and shareholder of The Central Securities Depositary
- 02.04.2004 - we changed our name at Investnroker AD Skopje
- 2004 - we have successfully organized the Winery TIVKES AD Skopje overtaking by Repro one limited B.V.I
- 2006 - we have successfully organized the FAKOM, import-export, AD Skopje overtaking by M6 Svetlana and others DOO Skopje
- 2007 - we have successfully organized the OHRIDSKA BANKA AD Skopje overtaking by Societe Genrale, Paris, France
- 2008 - we have successfully organized the Sileks Banka AD Skopje overtaking by Central Cooperative Bank AD Sofija, Bulgarija
- 2008 - we have successfully organized the Investbanka AD Skopje overtaking by Steiermärkische Bank und Sparkassen AG Sparkassenplatz 4, 8010 Graz, Austria
